I agree to comply with all rules and regulations pertaining to the contest. I release the Manteca Camera Club & Tracy Camera Club, the Manteca Senior Center, their volunteers, and the judges from all responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury during the event. I agree to allow the the media to publish any entered photos, including my name.  THE MANTECA & TRACY CAMERA CLUBS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT, PRE-SCREEN, OR REJECT ENTRIES, AND TO REASSIGN CATEGORIES AS APPROPRIATE. No slides accepted.

Children’s entries: Age 14 & below (no direct adult contribution, please).   Entry fees: Adult - $5 per entry; Children - $2 per entry.

This form may be reproduced if entering more than 4 photos. Limit 4 entries per category,
